WHAT I WEAR ON A LONG RUN: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_02

The miles for this season of marathon training are creeping up very fast! I feel like I just signed up for the 2016 Honolulu Marathon and now all of a sudden I’m putting in 20-25 miles per week!? Insanity.

As crazy as all of this sounds, I’m really happy I’m documenting this journey (the video editing is kicking my butt! But I’m learning a ton along the way). This week I vlogged about my 14 mile run and I explain the relationship between what I wear on a long run and my Latin thighs, enjoy!
