Three THOUSAND squats in 30 days! WHOA! I completed the #100squatchallenge by Blogilates and it was a blast! I decided to add weights to some of the workouts and I loved the extra beads of sweat that came along with it. At first I was very skeptical about doing so many squats everyday for 30 days but after the first two days I realized it was totally possible and I went all in! I don’t think there is a huge VISIBLE change in my legs and booty after all those squats but I do feel more confident and excited about squats. One of my goals this year (and beyond!) is to work on my squat game and this was a great way to get in the groove of things!
