Barking dogs, crying children, dirty air, rude people, drama, car troubles, feeling crappy, house cleaning, schedules, work, more rude people, bills, traffic…sometimes it’s nice to get away from it all and hit an imaginary reset button. So when Eddie and I planned taking my parents to a four day getaway to Yosemite National Park for their anniversary we knew it would be a blast and they would love it but we didn’t realize how much we would enjoy it or how much we needed it. It was by far one of the best little getaways we’ve ever taken. So much time to relax, reflect, enjoy nature and just be together; a perfect way to end the year and begin a new one.
Here is Part I of my favorites from our trip…Enjoy!
I was so jealous that Eddie got so close to the waterfall! I so would have gotten further but I didn’t want to drop and break my camera.
Lots more snow, especially clean snow coming up in Part II!
I always seem to take a shoe/foot shot when I’m shooting for myself…
Have a wonderful day everyone and be sure to keep checking back, lots of good stuff coming up!
