TROPICAL ORANGE SUNSHINE JUICE

pineapple carrot orange juice

I think I was in high school when I decided my favorite happy color is orange. I remember sitting in my car waiting at a traffic light a few blocks from home and thinking that a favorite color just wasn’t enough. After all how was I to express myself if I only had a favorite color and not a happy color as well!? Serious issues for my teenage self. So to put an end to my dilemma, I went with the color that just felt right: orange.

You might be eagerly asking yourself (but most likely not) but Marissa, there are endless variations of that color, which SHADE of orange are you talking about!? Enter this juice. The beautiful, bright and happy shade of orange in the photos is pretty close to what I have in mind. And the best part is that this pineapple, carrot, orange, lime and ginger juice is not only pleasing to look at it’s also good for you, your eyeballs and your heart.

Carrots promote good vision (especially night vision in case you’re half cat and need to, well, roam around at night I guess) but they also protect against cardiovascular disease. That’s kind of a big deal. In fact, foods of deeper shades of orange and yellow are most protective against cardiovascular disease compared to other color groups and no, that does not include bright orange cheetos so don’t even go there. This juice also includes oranges and lime so you’ll be getting a good dose of Vitamin C which.by.the.way also has protective cardiovascular effects.

Turns out I was on to something when I decided that the color orange is pretty important since orange (and deep yellow) colored foods will help my heart stay strong and healthy. And just in case you’re wondering about my absolute favorite color… It’s black. The darkest, deepest shade of black. But for now let’s focus on this citrusy Tropical Orange Sunshine Juice.vegan pineapple carrot orange juice
