RUNNING GOALS: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_18

When I filmed this 12 mile run Marathon day was only 10 days away but at the time I write this race day is only one week away!!! This vlog documents a very exciting run because it was the last “long run” of my training season! During this episode I share my one goal that I have for the Honolulu Marathon and the different goals I had for previous marathons.

Side note, I had to film the talking portion of this vlog in my car after my run because it was too windy most of the morning to do it outside but I included some pretty awesome drone footage during the long talking part, I hope you enjoy!
