I had a gym membership when I was in high school and I’ve avoided it ever since. Fast forward many, many years later (not gonna’ go into any specifics)… I caved and signed up for a gym membership. Whomp.
Fortunately, it’s serving a good purpose and I’m slowly (very, very slowly) finding reasons to love it. For starters I’m trying to prevent further injury to my knees and hip during this marathon-training season and running on a treadmill a few times per week seems to be working so far. Marathon Training Vlog_03 documents my first five mile run at the gym… just like a little hamster, enjoy!
