Welcome to the first official episode of The Weekly Edit: Vol.41! This is a weekly debrief where we look back on the last seven days, celebrate the wins, extract the lessons, leave behind what doesn’t need to come with us, and step into the next week with more intention.
It Was the Perfect Week to Launch This
I celebrated my 20-year wedding anniversary, hit Day 350 of my run streak, got my first DEXA scan, continued week three of my fat-loss phase, and spent most of the week behind the scenes building the systems, workflows, and structure for the business and content I want to create.
And the thread through all of it?
None of the things I’m proud of today came from one perfect day of motivation.
They came from repetition, consistency, boring basics, and doing the foundational work long before the results became exciting.

The Work Counts, Even When You Can’t See it Yet
Body transformation works this way. Running works this way…
Building a business, creating something meaningful, and becoming the person you want to be all work this way.
The individual days don’t always feel significant while you’re living them. Sometimes it feels like you’re repeating the same workout, making the same choices, completing the same tasks, and continuing without much proof that any of it is adding up.
But it is.
In this episode, I talk a bit about body transformation, fat loss, running, discipline, business building, and why the work that feels boring now might is the exact thing creating the future result I want.
