WHY I RUN MARATHONS: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_12

This week a 12-mile run turned into a shorter run… but it’s recovery week so I didn’t beat myself up over it. I think the point of recovery week is to take it easy since things are about to get a little more intense with 18+ mile runs in a couple of weeks.

In this vlog episode I share the main reason I run marathons… they simply help keep me on check. I’m sure there are many other things that can help me stay on track with my fitness goals but at this point in my life running not only works for me but it fuels me… especially when I get to run around so much beauty.
