PREPPING FOR A LONG RUN: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_13

My long run this week was 17 miles… yea, seventeen! It was as crazy as it sounds. I didn’t finish strong, at all… I laughed as I was editing this episode because I didn’t remember filming the last part of the video (that’s how delirious I was when I finished the run!) so when I was going through the footage and watched myself completely stumble over my words I was very surprised! (Watch until the end to see what I mean…)
