WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE RUNNING: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_05

It may seem like I’m always a happy and peppy runner especially since I’m Vlogging this season of marathon training and I blog about my other fitness adventures but that’s not always the case… sometimes I literally have to drag myself out the door.

This episode documents how one “bad” run morphed into a very much needed (and wonderful) rest day. Of course it helped that I got to watch a golden sunrise by Diamond Head, enjoy!
