QUITTING THE GYM & RUNNING OUTDOORS: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_14

This 18-mile run was a special one for me because it took place where my Hawaii adventure began, I’m excited to share it with you! I think the good vibes had something to do with this run being a lot better than last week…

This vlog episode also includes my reasons for cutting back my gym runs to only one day per week, if you’re currently struggling to find a workout program that makes you happy I hope this encourages you to keep searching until you find what works for you! My pick is currently less gym, more nature. Enjoy!
