GETTING THROUGH TWENTY MILES: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_16

I really wanted this episode to be a “What I eat in a day” style video but I decided to skip it and just focus on getting through a twenty mile run! I was all over the place after finishing this run (date night & errands) and although I did film a few of the things I ate, when I sat down to edit I wasn’t happy with the style (or quality) of it so I ditched the idea… for now at least.

I planned to complete this long run in one of my favorite parks but after a few miles I ventured off into the “city” because I felt a little crazy going around in circles so many times! I’m glad I explored new areas as I really enjoyed the change in scenery… don’t get me wrong, I could never get sick of the natural beauty around here but every once in a while it’s nice to change it up a little. Enjoy!
