The 28-Day Adore the Core challenge created by Cassey Ho from Blogilates came to an end a few months ago (I can’t wait to share a blog post about the prize pack I won!). Although the live challenge is over it’s a wonderful collection of core craziness that you can try anytime! You can find Cassey’s original blog post and video about the challenge here and here. I definitely want to do this challenge again so I decided to organize and share them here and on my YouTube channel.
HOW TO DO THE 28 DAY #ADORETHECORE CHALLENGE
