HOW NOT TO GET BORED WHILE RUNNING: MARATHON TRAINING VLOG_10

For this weeks 16 mile run I strayed from the route I had planned the night before and ran around a small, quiet and beautiful community instead. I lost track how many times I circled the same blocks but even though my run was slow and in a very quiet area I never felt bored.

Over the years I’ve discovered a few things that help me get through long runs, which can oftentimes feel repetitive and never-ending. In this episode of the vlog I share some running tips: how not to get bored while running… but I think the best part of this video/run was all of the gorgeous Tesla beauties I got to see! I’m obsessed. Enjoy!
