Bryant and Yera. Part II

I’m not gonna’ lie, there are certain times when I walk out of my little house feeling pretty fabulous. Cute shoes, great outfit, freshly painted nails and behaving hair. Calm, composed, relaxed and on time. But to be very honest, I can count the times I’ve felt like this. On one hand. The reality is that most of the time I’m rushing, make up half done, my hair is in a frizzed mess and I have my shoes in my hand while I flip-flop out of the house to Eddie waiting for me in the car. By the time we get to our destination I’m still adjusting clothing and hoping the redness from my face because of all the rushing, is gone. I’m a real winner.

Now I dare you to imagine me with a child!? Go ahead. Let out a big gasp and laugh. I don’t think I’d ever leave my house simply to prevent all of the embarrassment Eddie would have to go through with such a hot mess by his side. Seriously, I don’t know how they do it. They as in all of the amazing, hot and completely composed moms that I know. They always look incredibly fabulous with the responsibility of children, and I, well, I can barely handle just me. All of my friends that are moms put me to shame and I cannot express how amazed I am by them.

One of these wonderful women is Yera. She made an appearance on the blog in this post and I can say with complete certainty that no one would have guessed she is a new mom. And with her two favorite boys, Bryant and baby Ely, by her side, this girl is even more outstanding.

When I met Bryant a few years ago, I thought he was a great guy. When I saw Bryant a few years later, it was obvious he had become an even better person with Yera by his side. And now that I get to see Bryant and Yera plus their beautiful baby, I am amazed. Right when you think two people can’t get any better, they do. With the addition of a tiny little person and an immeasurable amount of love, it always gets better.

Here is Bryant, Yera and baby Ely… Enjoy!

The cutest little circle of love.

I’m pretty proud of Eddie for this one…

It’s when I look at moments like this, that I have to remind myself about the little scenario in the beginning of this post and remember that I could not handle being a mom. As amazing as it looks, I’d probably screw it all up :)

Couldn’t choose between the next two…

*sigh*

more *sighs*

Hands down, my favorite shot of the day….LOVE!!!

Bryant, Yera and Ely,

We are so incredibly proud and amazed with every single one of you. Bryant, Eddie tells me he’s always known you would come a long way and I couldn’t agree more. It is an honor to be able to witness the wonderful things you are accomplishing. Not only did you find an awesome woman, but you are leading your family to get to know Jehovah and that is the most important and amazing thing you could do. Yera, I am truly amazed by you. You have such a caring and loving heart and you are definitely on my list of hot moms :) You have beautiful qualities and we know, without a doubt, that Jehovah will do amazing things with you. Ely, you taught me sooo much in only one night. You have no idea :) We love you guys and we are so grateful for your friendship. Thank you for such a great evening and for being exactly the way you are.
