Place ½ cup oats, ½ cup coconut milk, ½ cup water and 1 Tablespoon maple syrup in a glass jar or container. Mix well and cover.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with chia seeds. (You can also top with strawberries and chia seeds the night before if you’re usually short on time in the mornings). Enjoy!
