PINEAPPLE MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL

- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1.5 frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- coconut flakes
- chia seeds (optional)
- Place 2 cups frozen pineapple, 1.5 frozen banana and 1 cup coconut water in a high speed blender and blend.
- Add more frozen fruit to thicken mixture if needed and blend again.
- Mixture should be thicker than a smoothie. Serve in bowls and top with mango and coconut flakes. Sprinkle chia seeds on top and enjoy!
