PINEAPPLE MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1.5 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • coconut flakes
  • chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place 2 cups frozen pineapple, 1.5 frozen banana and 1 cup coconut water in a high speed blender and blend.
  2. Add more frozen fruit to thicken mixture if needed and blend again.
  3. Mixture should be thicker than a smoothie. Serve in bowls and top with mango and coconut flakes. Sprinkle chia seeds on top and enjoy!
